If you must answer her just tell her you were thinking of something else you just happened to glance at her..it would hurt her feelings if you told her what you were actually thinking unless you are just an ignorant stupid person. Put yourself in her place..overweight - yes...eating an apple (reminds you of roasting a pig-yes)...but maybe she is trying to eat sensibly now and you could very well someday be like her or someone in your family and then how would you feel if someone were ridiculing them...? hmmmm?
