I need to record a cd of me speaking. I have a microphone on my computer and a cd burner. Can I do this? If so, how? Do I need any special software, if so what?

I don't know if this helps, but I have Windows Media Player, Real Player, Veritas, Nero, and Quick Time. I've only used Windows Media Player, so I'm not familar with what the other programs do. I found a voice recorder, but its a lot of static in the background.

lol, not at once, youll need to get a program, that will record you speaking, and save it as an MP3, then burn it, but burning a small snip of you talkin is a big waste seeing that you can have an hour worth of crap on a cd
