Life is change as like a wind so how can u define still rule for that?

Circumstances in life changes like the wind, but the Principles of Life do not.

Although we are still in the process of discovery of these principles, a lot has been discovered by thoughtful analysis. Read the classic philosophers for starters: Socrates, Aristotle, Epictetus, and others. From more recent times, Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau.

I'm sure there are more that may be listed.

I'd say life's principles (not the person in charge of a school but the concept) is decided by society. One society's principles may not be the same as another's but they'll probably have cross-over.
