Depends on what he yelled at you about, the fact that you didn't get into it he must have been right..........

How is this an unsafe environment? who's safety is at risk,yours or your supervisor? At best your supervisor is unprofessional and you are whining. Someone raising their voice is not a safety hazard, not having adequate safety training when working with industrial equipment is.

You do have rights. In USA.

But it is all subject to litigation.

This is because employer has responsibility and the right also.

There is a delicate balance and most people will avoid crossing certain very fine lines.
