I think you're right! Make sure you balance your foods well, don't be a salad and potato chip vegan, please.

Eat a handful of nuts everyday and at least one serving of either broccoli, chard, or collard greens. Add flax seeds to foods now and then. (There's a lot more options, but I thought I would simplify it).

Vegans live longer than meat eaters and have less incidence of cancer, stroke and heart disease. All the nutrients found in animal carcass can be found else ware, even B vitamins.

Email me if you need help learning to balance your diet. It's easy once you learn what to look for.

Being a vegan is not a right or wrong thing. It is mainly your opinion and your own decision. People have different view points. If someone was vegan it doesnt make them wrong or right. If someone wasnt a vegan it doesnt make them wrong or right. But being a vegan is not as healthy as people think because meat is good in a way cuz it gives us our nutrients. I am no pediotrician or however your spell it but I know meat has its goods and bads about it.

Most vegans die younger than other people who eat meat. Basically because you don't get enough of what your body needs. And before you say anything, yes a multi vitamin can take the place of some things, but the enzymes produced by meat not only help the body, but also eliminate body odor. That is why we call them the "smelly's" here. Besides, if God wanted you to be a vegan, he wouldn't have given you incisors and canines.

It's your right to be a vegan, if that's what you choose. Just be aware that a vegan diet can be risky if you haven't researched proper nutrition. But if you're getting proper nutrition, no problems.

I'm compassionate about animals, too, but that hasn't made me a vegan or a vegetarian. I just follow nature and eat what humans are naturally supposed to eat, an omnivorous diet. But it is your right to be a vegan if you desire :)

That's fine, but I don't think other people are in the wrong for eating animals. Humans need to eat animal products to live. You will have to make sure you get enough B-6 and B-12 and it will be hard to find those from non-animals sources.

Whatever you are in to and makes you feel good. Just make sure you eat a healthy diet.

Also - don't be one of those vegans that think they are better than everyone else. Humans are made to be omnivorous, so don't bash people who enjoy meat.

It's not about who's right and who's wrong.
If that is your life choice, more power to you. I love animals too. My house is baisically a sanctuary for animals.

But As long as you don't mame me for eating meat. I never think it's wrong for a person to choose what food they want to eat.
But I do think it's wrong if that person bashed me for eating what I want to eat.

More power to you, and you don't need permition to be a vegan, if someone bashes you for it,

Survival of the fittest hunny... Man was meant from the dawn of time to be an omnivore.. herbivores / carnivores are not human.. we are a blend of meat eater / plant eater and that is how we're meant to stay until the end of time.. In the right? that's your choice, personal choice shouldn't be disputed.. but as a homo-sapien, is it in your best interest to eat meat as well? Yes.

Humans are Omnivores by design. A healthy/balanced diet consists of fruits/veggies and meats all in moderation. Has your hair started to fall out yet?
