I hope you mean factorization:

You know that (x+y)*(x-y) = x^2 - y^2

Factorizing this here:

x = 4ab (just get the square root of the first factor)

y = 3c^3d^2 (same thing, get the square root of the second factor)

(4ab+3c^3d^2)*(4ab-3c^3d^2)

this is a binomial difference of squares.
they factor like this.....
(x + y ) ( x - y )

so you should get something like this ....
( 4ab + 3 c^3 d ^2 ) ( 4ab - 3 c^3 d^2 )
