By spelling his name right? (Kepler).

Seriously, I'm excited about the "Kepler" mission which will monitor several thousand stars for several years and will be able to resolve terrestrial planets (Earth sized in an Earth-like orbit) by looking for a slight dip in luminosity. Its predicted we'll discover several HUNDRED terrestrial planets.
What better way to commemorate J. Kepler than that?

We don't, but there was a guy named Kepler (his cousin maybe ?) who is pretty well known in science texts.
