Shorter life spans needn't necessarily correlate with shorter viability of individual organs.
Death can take place when there is widespread loss of cell viability or when the immune system becomes so weak so as to be unable to prevent foreign organism from causing more harm than the body can sustain.

Thus the meat from cloned animals wouldn't have shorter expiration dates if taken from healthy animals and not diseased, aged ones.
The expiration date of any meat would depend also on the storage condition of the meat and how well its been preserved by means on salting etc.
