Diazepam - also known as valium is only available on prescription in the uk. It is addictive so you need to be careful when taking it not to take it for too long or without very good reason.

If you have a medical problem which means you need diazepam then you can go and talk to your gp although he/she may prescribe something less addictive if they think it will work.

If your doc thinks you need them then on prescription,thats the legal way to get them.By the way if you arent aware of the side effects then they are highly addictive and doctors dont give them out for no reason.
