most of the buses going to cagayan are based along espana manila. victory,royal eagle,florida,etc are situted on the same place.so it wouldn't be a hassle on your part if you have to go bus hopping,hehe autobus is situated in morayta manila also on the same place as teh above mentioned.contact number (02) 7358098.

Dont need to worry once u step up in airport just ride in taxi and tell him bring you in bus station that will bring you in cagayan i think some of them are philippine rabbit,Baliuag Transit and Victory liner...

Victory has buses that go straight to Cagayan. You can also go to Dimasalang next to UST where there's a lot of buses going to the same route.
