I'm over at my boyfriends house and he hasn't seen ANY movies. So far we have Casablanca and Equilibrium on his list of things to see but in your opinion, what is the ultimate must see?

The Lord of the Rings is a pinnacle of film-making and story-telling. The Shawshank Redemtion is also there. The Exorcist is at the top of its genre. Titanic is iconic as the highest grossing film of all time. Watch some old Charlie Chaplin. Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is a classic and also excellant film. The Matrix revolutionized filmmaking and fight scenes among other things. There, that's a short list. I'd also reccommend going to IMDB and looking at their top ranked 250 films. Those are a good place to start.

On the list of must sees, you should add Rear Window and Alfred Hitchcock Classic. Halloween if u want a great horror film, and I would really recommend Taxi for something light hearted and funny, plus if he is a car guy he'll like the cab. If he is a car guy, Gone in 60 seconds is a definite must see.

He will like a film called ZULU, tell him to put that on his to see list.

I would recommend films like Apocalypse Now, Lawrence of Arabia, The Godfather, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest etc... etc.. but if he doesn't know many films then they could be too much to take in.

Get Zulu for him, no male I know doesn't like that film.
