I'm assuming that in this alternate world, there would be a magical, harmless pill women could take to eliminate all the symptoms of menstrual cycles. So in a world with no tampons and no pads would be bliss. Happy women, no more embarassing trips to cvs, and no one would ever have to say, "Hey...psst...could you check out my butt when I walk away? I'm afraid I leaked or something."
If there is no pill, and there aren't any pads/tampons, then It would be disgusting and you would have to wonder about the brains of the people in charge.
