I am going to give you a small piece of advice…

Unless you are considering suicide, want to torture a loved one or have no sense or taste in anything.. DO NOT GO AND SEE 'BECAUSE I SAID SO…'
This has to be the worst film ever written.
I have seen my fair share of bad films, many of which I have walked out of (Date Movie for example) but this definitely makes it into the top 3. Which is good, It will be nice for this dire excuse for a cinematic experience to be voted the top of something as Oscars it will not be nominated for.
This is not just your typical romantic comedy, Oh no. This film fails to be both Romantic and Comical. At points I felt embarrassed to be there although I need not have worried seeing as this film was far from sold out. I only hope that the other three people who wasted 1hr 41mins of their life have found outlets for the frustration this film caused and have not resorted to killing anyone!!!
WHAT DID YOU THINK OF IT??

I disliked this movie too. Diane Keaton was very annoying, and I normally like her. People kept laughing, I didn't find any part of the movie funny. I was also mad that Lauren Graham and Piper Parabo didn't have bigger parts. They are great actresses and they hardly had any lines. This movie also wasn't believeable. I have two sisters and that is not how it is.

Now I consider myself quite a harsh critic of soppy chick flicks - but I actually didn't think this was that bad!

The Characters were believable and the story was kinda nice.

Granted I only went to see it in the first place for Lauren Graham, but I thought it was definitely watchable.

It was in no way worse than '2 Weeks Notice' with Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock! What Rubbish!

I saw the movie yesterday and I thought it was really good. I think your being too hard on the film. Date Movie does not even come close to Because I Said So. I really enjoyed it, I guess its because I have 2 other sisters and I related very much to the movie. Nevertheless you are entitled to your own opinion.
