I assume that you mean the Haber-Bosch process.
Since the forward reaction is exothermic, increasing the temperature will make less ammonia, as the equilibrium will move in the endothermic direction to try to absorb the excess heat. What will also happen, though, is that the smaller amount of ammonia will be made more quickly, since increased temperature speeds up any reaction.
