how do you stop water overflow in a water cooler?

I recently placed it on my shoulder during a move it was fine prior to that ,plugged it in and almost the entire 5 gals.leaked out help me somebody help me---Little Richard.

Check all pipe connections, making sure they are tight. Also check the area where you place the bottle, and make sure you didn't move or lose any parts.
