Capital One and American Express. I'm convinced Cap One low interest card offers are fake; somewhere in the fine print is one excuse or another to charge loan shark rates. It will happen within two billing cycles. Forget customer service, it is non-existent.
AmEx essentially offers you NOTHING! A card which you must pay for the privilege of carrying, no credit extended, and it's not even recognized or accepted in most businesses. Rightly so. If I were a business owner, I would not pay those cutnose thugs 4% either.

Dell Financial. Their billing information is so hard to understand that you need to be a genius to make any sense of it. If you go to www.ripoffreport.com or www.the consumerist.com, there are tons of reports about Dell Financial. I have been paying on an account with them for years, and NEVER see my balance come down unless I make a large payment (which I do when I get my tax refunds).
