It came up in the American Baseball classic about a year ago when that japanese guy was throwing an unidentified pitch, there were rumors that it dropped like a foot or curved out of the strike zone at the last minute. Basically, now it has been revealed that it really doesn't move at all, it just supposedly comes out of the pitchers hand spinning one way, but then wrist action gets it spinning back the other way, pretty crazy huh?

It was once thought to be an amazing pitch with devlish spins, breaks, and darts. However, an article by Jeff Passan, cleared it alll up. He talked to the "inventor" of the pitch who claimed it was a pitch, very similar to a slider, with no movement when thrown correctly. See link below for the article.

it is thrown the same way you would throw a football and looks just like a fastball. it supposedly comes at you with less wind resistance, due to the spin, enabling it to shoot like a bullet. There's no up, down, or side to side movement on the ball. So in conclusion, nothing special.
