Regrettably, I must say the United States of America. I too have lived in many nations but by far the racism in the U.S. is palpable. Note: I would have said South Africa before, but since the fall of apartheid, I can't justly say that anymore.

I would have to say USA because I live here and I see it for myself. I have an African friend who went to Spain on vacation two years ago and he said that he experienced quite a bit of racism.
