I was mainly worried becuase of the rumors that it could show on a drug test and I guess i just worried my self in to thinking anything that shows on a drug test cant be good for baby.

only if the muffins have high cortisone levels :) there are many chemicals out there that can induce labor, but i've never heard of any of them in poppy seeds or muffins for that matter. On a side note, you don't have to worry about poppy seeds inducing narcotics effects either, those drugs come from processing the flower.

You would have to ead and entire jar of poppy seads to have it even show up in a test so yah a muffin is perfictly fine.

Yes you can eat it. Their are rumors that it would show up as positive on a drug test because of the opiat factor but you would have too see eat so so so so many before that would be a factor
