My bf and I have great hygiene, but I find myself not attracted to his "scent" moments after intercourse. Even if it's a faint scent, I don't really like it. But I have often heard that many people are attracted to this, though. I know that what I'm about to reveal may sound vulgar and intensely personal, but the scent I'm talking about is "down there". Mine doesn't smell as strong as his, even a few hours after sex. In fact, I often feel like showering after sex. Is anyone attracted to their partner's scent after love making?

People are usually attracted to their natural smell, such as armpit sweat, before and during the intercourse, and NOT after it. When excited, human beings, like animals, produce certain odour from the sweat and which is attractive to the nose of each other. Its natural stimuli for both, as studies have revealed.

The foul smell, from down there, which comes after intercourse comes mainly from both of you and more likely fromthe female side, coz his instrument got deeper into you, where odour usually builds up and where not many people manages to keep fresh. Its not attractive to either.

There are certain equipments for ladies to keep their inner depth clean and fresh. Men usually normal wash with a soap will keep the area fresh. Women, though, unless one gets deep inside the wash would keep the freshness of the outer areas only.

Finally, a shower AFTER sex is highly recommended as it refreshes all body parts including the mind!
