My GPA: 2.98
SAT: 1600 verbal=430 math=710 Writing=460
I was the Coach of my School Volleyball team
I got this international certificate- Sun Certified Java Programmer
I've been working for four years- 3 hrs on weekdays 4 hrs on weekend from 9th grade to 12 grade (Web Application Developer)

I know i got really low on my SAT and GPA
but is it possible for me to get into MSU by having those good Extra curricular?

It doesn't look good. Extracurriculars just can't make up for poor grades.

My son's best friend couldn't get into MSU with a similar profile. (My son got in with much better grades and scores.) The friend attended UM/Dearborn for a year, got better grades, and then transferred to MSU.
