So you can keep in touch with people that you used to go to school with. Not to mention it's an easy way to design a webpage, and most people wouldn't know how to do it otherwise.

Anyway, Myspace is not useless, it is a way to keep in touch with friends, old and new, to meet new people, and to express yourself. They even have Myspace Jobs, where you can use your Myspace account to search for a job.
Myspace is "pritty usless"? I don't think so. It has brought this world together.

well, to some people it's a great way to connect to their friends! Since more than 75% of people in the world have a myspace, if u have friend that moved away and lost contact, u can search for them on myspace and most likely they have a myspace. So it's a way to connect and reconnect i guess. I hope that answers your question.

It is useless really I dont see the point in it. I understand that suddenly it has become a craze now everyone knows what it is and its really bugging because that is all anyone talks about.
When one person starts to have it others do. Also if a suer amkes there page private you have to log in and register to view peoples pages. So thats another reason and then they see what myspace does and so they make there own page.
To be honest I dont know what all the fuss is about!

I don't think it is useless at all. I have met many people through MySpace as well as many clients for my business. It is a great way to bring people together who otherwise would never have met, either local or far away.
If you put some effort into it, you will get something in return.

For me it's just really a place to hang out. It's nice too, because as you're mood changes, so can your page. I change mine around every couple of months i think. As far as "friends" go, mine's pretty crappy, but I can at least say I know these people to a certain degree except the music artists, rather than just piling on numbers. A 1000 people? Who the hell knows that many people?

I agree!!!! It is a load of bull. You can contact people but why not use stuff like MSN, Yahoo Messenger and other stuff. I have heard stuff about Myspace which has put me off it. Yes you can contact celebrities but how do you know if you are talking to them? It could be anyone.

God knows. I say, if I want to hang out with my friends, I'll meet them in the flesh, or at least call them up. And if I'm going to make friends, I want to know they're actual people, not a virtual snapshot of someone's chest. For some reason, that doesn't do it for me.

To stay in contact with old friends. I found many already. But also for the dumb people who want to start drama and create FAKE accounts of people that is pretty DUMB I would say people with no life of there own.

i agree its pretty usless..its for people who are bored and have no lifes. the only use it is for is like for bands and music.
