Are you able to tell a good person from a bad one from the first sight?
I can't...but i know many people who can feel if a certain person is good or bad...sorta like a sixth sense...

No, I can't tell a good person at first sight, it is very dangerous is like people say they fall in love first time, a person might be very bad and wicked but at your first time to meet him he is very happy and give you a nice treatment, but later when the happy moment is gone he will show how wicked he his.
I praise people that do that, for me i can tell if you are good or bad not until i see you more than 5 times in different occasions before i can tell if you are go or bad.
some might be good but maybe they are upset the first time you meet them and they don't act fine to you, you might wrong them for their behaviour that moment. I think it will be nice for everybody to tell one good or bad after several times of meeting the person.

I think I can I think I can but I have been fooled before. You have to follow your inner sense of intuition and follow what your heart tells you.
Hey a good player in Baseball is only successful 3 out of 10 times.
In Basketball a good player makes 5 out of 10 shots at the hoop.

I can to an extent but what it is, is you never loose that sense from when you were a little kid because if you ever pay attention to them they can tell if a person is good or bad just by looking at them some people loose it as they get older and some dont!!!!!!!!!!!

My first impression of people are usually right on the money...but it's not based on first sight. But, normally, within the first 5-10 min of talking to them. Don't get me wrong...I always leave the chance for them to prove me wrong....but in most cases they never do. Your gut feeling about someone is right most of the time.

Unfortunately no. There have been times when I have felt some sort of nagging doubt about a person, but generally I am a very trusting person.

Well I know how people say not to judge a book by it's cover but sometimes you really need to. I'm usually pretty good by choosing good people from bad people. =)

I think so. I have an "emphatic" flair and like, I can tell off the bat if someone is real or fake, snobby or sincere, etc. Even people I just meet-obviously. lol. And I can tell when someone is upset or mad or something but won't admit it.

As from the first sight sometimes I can sometimes I can't,but I certainly can from the first conversation :)
