I mean.. i ordered a handphone.. and how do i know in that sealed box through FEDEX ..is actually the phone i ordered?

Help...

The quick answer is, you don't. I have bought many things through Ebay and have never been taken. If you check the sellers feedback and you feel comfortable with it then go for it. Also Ebay is good at going after someone who rips you off. You also have a good chance of getting your money back if it is stolen if you pay with PayPal.

You'll have to open the package and find out. If it's not the correct item, you can contact the seller. If the seller does nothing to correct the problem, then you can file an "Item Significantly Not As Described" report with Ebay. You do have to have a little bit of trust with Ebay. If you don't trust that your sellers will be honest, then Ebay may not be for you. I've been on Ebay for 5 years and have never had a problem with not getting what I won.

When you buy something on Paypal there is usually a little box on the side that says you have X amount of buyer protection if you pay by paypal.
