I think the judge is making a mockery of the Justice System and Her Death. There is no reason this couldn't have been legally resolved within a couple of days. I think he is prolonging it so he can stay in front of the cameras. He should be ashamed of himself and removed from the bench. He's making jokes during the questioning. How tacky!

i think it's a shame too. she can be laid to rest at any time, they have many samples of her DNA on record now.

I think the whole thing is tragic. I think the fact that she died was very sad especially since her daughter lost her brother and her mother over a period of five months. I do think the judge is ridiculous. Why is Birkhead even allowed in the courtroom in regard to who gets Anna's body? What does he have to do with it? They got her DNA and that's all that he should have the right to sit in on. I think Anna's last wishes should be respected and she should be buried next to her son. Shame on her mother for even trying to take her daughter to Texas and then request that her grandson be exhumed and moved there as well. Where has she been for all those years and why does the judge take so long to rule on this knowing that she's decomposing???

He said that one day he wished to have a television show, so now he is taking advantage of this one. But it is truly a shame that the dead can't be laid to rest because of the foolish decisions that people are making. It's a real shame for America, the whole world is watching this. It's like a reality TV show. Shame, Shame, Shame on the Judge.

You are absolutely right! That judge IS a joke. I can't stand Howard Stern and I believe he is culpable somehow in Anna and Daniel's death but for heaven's sake... of course she would want to be buried next to her child!!! There is no question about it! Just bury her and then worry about the paternity suit and money! Good Golly Miss Molly - it's a disgrace!

I think you're right. Also, personally, if Anna Nicole wanted to be burried in the Bahamas, she should be: case closed. I have a feeling that Howard K. Stern will be reappearing in court soon, cause it kinda looks like he aided in the death of Anna and her son, Daniel

Agreed! It's quite clear what should have happened within a few days of her death. It's not right to have someone's final resting place in limbo like this. Her body and soul will not be at peace until the nonsense stops.

I agree, the judge seems to be very media friendly. I absolutely loved Anna Nicole in her reality show. I hope that the person who will best take care of her baby is the person who is awarded custody.

DAMN, i couldnt have said it better myself. I think all of you are right. I think they should lay her to rest and be done with it. I also think that these guys who keep poppin up claimin to be the daddy is ridiculous. Are they saying it because ANNA cant defend herself. They should be ashamed of themselves. And why wont the judge give a paternity test, that will let everyone be at ease.

It's horrifying. Every one involved lawyers, petitioners and the judge are in this for their own benefit. And to those you suggest that she brought her problems on herself, LOOK AT THE PEOPLE WHO SURROUNDED HER IN LIFE, the people who advised her. There is no way her life could have been normal or even happy. And now her daughter is going to face life with those same people in her life. It's a tragedy.

no doubt.... that court case about where she needs to be burried is a mockery.... it has nothing to do with the matter at hand.... how does the child's father and her money and her lover have to do with anything.... her intention is what is at question... and it is obvious... just bury her... and stop the crap... it's terrible what they are doing to her poor body! let her RIP for heaven sake!

I have to agree with you. Believe me, I think she caused her own problems, but her burial should be treated with more respect. The judge is a complete idiot.
