Three copies of Winged Kuriboh LV10 seems a bit excessive - you'll almost certainly draw one at the wrong time. Shining Angel should help, as it will recruit Winged Kuriboh onto the field. There are some traps which might let you redirect attacks to Winged Kuriboh as well (Staunch Defender?). As Kuribi (or would Kuriba be a better plural?) like to stall, maybe Lava Golem would be a good fit.

Well in my opinion you shouldn't make a Kuriboh/winged kuriboh deck i mean sure they are good cards but only for stalling for time and only to be use for a come back in a duel, buying time is what they do so you should just make it in a fairy deck or light attribute deck. You really won't need all of those kuribohs they will just get in the way in some point of a duel so put at least one of each in the deck i'm sure they will be able to be of some better use in a tight spot that way.

thats the hard part the weak atk points they have but they do have good effects thats their strenght welli would put a trap card infinite dissmissal or gravity bind so the oppunent would not get a chance to attack too bad they did not make kuribayon you could have him yur deck
