You need to start from the inside first. Accepting what it is that leads you to believe that you are not pretty already. Who told you that you are not pretty? Take the time to get a soul makeover then work on the rest!

You need to feel beautiful to start. It starts with a having a good attitude about yourself and life.
With that, its time to go shopping! If you old clothes don't make you feel good, toss em out! Got to the mall and buy a new wardrobe. Play dress up at every store and only buy the things that make you look and feel good.
Hair - get a fun, easy to care for hair style and new color! Finish up with small amount of make up to enhance your face.
