What is the problem? You need to be more specific on what you are doing and what you are experience that is preventing you from logging onto your laptop.

AAAm what does it say, you should relle have explained you know, maybe you forgot your passowrd??? a virus???? reinstall windows, or tAKE IT TO THE SHOPS, WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY LAPTOP I CALLED THERE HELPLINE, TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND PUT IT BACK IN, UNPLUG IT AND DO IT AGAIN, THEN PLUG IT IN WITHOUT THE BATTERY, IF THIS DOESNT WORK REINSTALL WINDPWS, IF THIS STILL DOESNT WORK THEN ERM TAKE IT TO THE SHOP. best of luck,
