depends, are you upgrading to brand new computer? or a used one? You can buy a new one for £400 these days that do everything

Well it sounds good but if your into playing games yes get a new graphics card and at least 1GB RAM and maybe a Interl Core 2 Duo processor or if you fork out quad core but I dont think you can get them without buying a whole new PC so just upgrade the hard drive, ram and maybe your graphics card and if you want to fork out a new proccessor however I must warn you getting a new proccessor can mean you have to get a whole new motherboard which means you might aswell just get a whole new PC.

Your workstation could take care of maximum present day video games comfortably at medium settings, it quite is not 'undesirable' via any potential. the only element you are able to replace for sport overall performance is the video board, seek for a nvidia card on your funds and that's it. i don't understand in case you are able to upload better than 4gb of RAM yet once you are able to it quite is a robust thank you to strengthen overall performance too and not high priced. 8gb is a lot sturdy. however the only element you actual could improve is the video board, or perhaps the single you have is sturdy adequate for many video games. i could spend 4 hundred kilos on a extra moderen nvidia card and a hundred on extra RAM in the journey that your workstation enables better than the 4GB you have.

I wouldn't spend £ 500 on an upgrade - sounds far too much.

Thats too much for what you have listed.
For £50 more you could get this http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/RGNEC/3-/3316939/Hewlett_Packard_Pavilion_T3255_Desktop_PC_Inc_21_WidescreenTFT_Monitor/Product.html
