I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to voice themselves, but when they maliciously paint the president with lies and offer untrue and card stacked evidence of aspects of the war that they are blowing severely out of proportion; shouldn't they face charges of treason and seditition? essentially they are sticking up for the enemy at that poit just for their own political objectives.

Yodadoe, Bush didn't lie- the information that the Inteligence aganicies provided the president were also givin to clinton while he was in office. along with the the inteligence agancies of Russia, Germany, Britain, Poland & several other small European countries had the same intel as us- so either they and us were all wrong or it was hidden.

thepenismightier's, how is Guantanimo a violation of the geneva convention- have you ever read those articles and do you understand what gitmo is for and that we have attempted to close it down several times ourselves- but countries such as Britain, France, Germany and Norway do want their people back from there and refuse to take them- because how dangerous those people are.

Millie C. How can you say that Bush lied when it was inteligence information provided to him and from multiple other countries- Congress and mainly the democrats before evidence was given - had stated that Iraq was dangerous due to their unwanting to follow through with UN resolutions to allow inspectors in to designated areas. Sheesh ... some people need to remember just 5 yrs ago

yes i think they should be, because everyone is blaming bush for the war and saying that its his fault that soldiers are dying. but that is so UNTRUE because i have 4 cousins who are out there in iraq and where ever else and they resigned themselves to go out there again, and without war those stupid congress and media people would all be dead then everyone would blame bush for not doing anything !!!

David, I think you need to do a little more research. I have a suggestion for something to read that will clear it up. It was an eyeopener for me.
"You're Not Stupid! Get The Truth" by William John Cox

You'll be amazed at how much the Clinton Administration knew and what they did with the infomation. You'll know how it all really happened. I think some of your thoughts may be confirmed, sort of while other ideas will be presented that you may not have thought of.

Isn't that exactly the kind of information that the current administration used to get us in this situation in the first place? These people were not our enemies until the administration in place right now, trumped up some false accusations, then against the advice of the ENTIRE WORLD declared war. We created our own enemies on this one.
Maybe if they had been able to capture the real threat to the US, Bin Laden and his followers, we wouldn't even be over there in the first place. But since they failed at the main objective, someone had to pay in order to cover it up, that someone ended up being Iraq, and they are paying with American soldiers lives at this point. Iraqis have been dying for years at this rate, they are used to it at this point. The only people this government is hurting right now is us and our troops, and anyone who can't see that is flat out blind!

How are they sabotaging the war when they are trying to end it legally the way the are supposed to? I'm a bit lost with your reasoning. And, no one has painted the President in a bad light with lies. He's the one who lied to Congress intially to start the war. I don't know why you don't realize that. And, because he lied to us, lied to Congress, and Congress wants this war to end does not make them the enemy nor does it stick up for the enemy. I seriously doubt they are going to lie back and watch terrorists just run amok. Some people...sheesh.

So step a million is "fee" and step 2 is "execute". Hmmmm. No. additionally, i'm not sure why, yet you seem blind to the undeniable fact that Democrats (on a similar time as no longer using this tactic AS in lots of instances) nevertheless use it and are only as corrupt as their Republican opposite numbers. Crony Capitalism is alive and properly. Obama gave this corrupt equipment a face carry. end of tale. EDIT: @jojam.........."primary Ron Paul supporters. No mercy or compromise, kill everybody you disagree with. Ron Paul no longer basically resembles Hitler he encourages Hitler approaches." Wow, thank you to take some thing thoroughly unrelated and turn into an risk to attack Ron Paul supporters. That 2d area approximately Hitler is only desperate enterprise GOP approaches to throw airborne dirt and mud on Ron Paul earlier Iowa. solid luck :) you're gonna like it.

No. Congress is doing what we, the people mandated in the November elections.
It is the president that is ignoring his responsibility to uphold the "will of the people" and he is the one who should be tried for treason, crimes against humanity and removed from office.
And, with you being pro-war and all, I assume you are writing from a foxhole somewhere or from the battlefields in Iraq.....If not, shut up or join up.....
