I am doing my student teaching and am getting discouraged from teaching because I am not sure if it is the right job for me.
Do you know of any other job opportunities for me? I have a degree is the Bachelor of Science in education and a minor in Spanish.

Only if you care to read the reasons why I am discouraged.
The pay is low.
There is little respect from some people for teachers from students and people in society.
It takes much more time than I thought it would, some teachers claim that they stay 10-12 hour days because they get so little planning and grading time during the day.

Well if you enjoy science you could definitely pursue a technical job, even engineering, which pays really well. If you want to work with people, maybe you'd want to go into social work, although I don't think they get paid very well. Or if you like teaching, maybe you should consider getting a higher degree and you can be a professor instead of working with kids.
