I used to live in the Hebrideas in a small island of Scotland, where without a swimming pool the youngsters would dive into the sea. One time when visiting Texas, I heard about how much bigger and better everything is supposed to be across there. (I am sure a lot of non Texas Americans will understand this). Eventually, having heard about all the big Texan swimmingpools that are about, I said to my friend "well, you know, we have a swimming pool where I come from which is bigger than anything you have here!" "You do??" he said.
"Yes of course, we call it ............. THE ATLANTIC!"

I remember a tour when I had to show an american around the Uk ,,He saw Tower Bridge and said we have brideges 3 times as long in the US. Blackpool Tower, we have the empire state building!!!!1 Then I took him to a place called Rampton He said thats tiny we have building 10 x bigger!!!!!

I think that you are the one with the inferiority complex. If we are so inferior then why are we the world's only remaining superpower? Why do we have the number 1 economy in the world? Why do we always win the most gold medals in the Olympics?
