I have decided:

1. No sex.
2. No sexual intimacy of any kind. No nibbling, no biting, no scratching, no sucking, no fondling, none of that.
3. No masturbation.

I'm gonna go the distance

However, I have failed this each lent for the past 3 consecutive years. I'm trying to seek advice now. This is very important to me.

...mmm...you've decided to refrain from nature, and commit to doctrines...?... have i got it rite..?
Do you understand the meaning of word 'capitulation'..?..precisely..'to surrender [?], conditionally,[?].
Life is difficult enough without putting improbability's in the equations....
Religious excursiveness is as detrimental to happiness as is unrestrained immorality.
Life is for living,... live it as fully as you can, as well as you can, as ethically as you can, as completely as you can, as kindly as you can, as spiritually as you can.
Religion is not a finality, it's an option. There are many variety's of religious ideology's to choose from, and there's reasons there are so many variations...do some research...check out the actuality's and the reality's of other concepts.

Yup...you WILL "go the distance" ... the question is.... once you get there, are you positive that's where you are going to want to be?

If you can't quit, why did you choose to quit masturbating for lent? You should of chosen something else that you could adhere to. Bet you don't do it next year. LOL

Try reading your bible and going to church.Rediscover God and his goodness and just do it because it is a great start to getting closre to God,Just like smoking it is tough but you can do it It takes self discipline and sacriface. At the end you will feel good about yourself. And if you do falter don't stop, confess and keep trying.God loves you no matter what and I see great things in store for you. Also pray and try fasting.Ask God for strength.I am doing the same and it has worked for me.Good Luck.

You may need to take a lot of cold showers. If you don't have a girlfriend, I would advise against having one until after Easter. I wish you the best.

I'm sure you could give up something more productive than masturbation for Lent.

I think you should forget about that Catholic ******** superstitious
ritual and get on with your life. Even if you want to remain religious there is no biblical command to observe lent, its just some custom that the Catholic church dreamed up.
