Why isn't it okay to have a United Caucasian College Fund for poor white people?

Yes, I know there is a higher percentage of black people in poverty, but does that mean we as a nation, can neglect white people in poverty? THAT is ridiculous!

larrydoyle52......West Virginia and Kentucky are the poorest states in the Union. And you want to know something? Kentucky is 98% white and West Virginia is 96%....so, I'd say I have to agree with the asker.

I live in Kentucky, and there are funds for us...nothing like United Caucasian College Fund or anything. But, if your parents didn't go to college it's easier for you to get certain scholarships.

Hell if I know. I'm one of those poor white people, and though I don't have a problem with Black people or any race improving their way of life, it's as though Whites are not allowed.
