Yes I know, weird problem. I have to simplify.
As far as I can tell, the answer is: Square root of m times the absolute value of m.
I have a feeling that there's more to it, though. Is there?

I know that you can also express it as the square root of m cubed, but which way is better? It's asking me for the simplest radical form, and both of my answers (square root of m times absolute value of m, and square root of m cubed) meet the qualifications for being in simplest form.

(pretend that [] is the square root sign)
[]m []m^2
No parentheses or anything.
