I would like to get more info on the following two accreditation angencies:
Association Of Distance Learning Programs ADLP (US)
and
National Academy Of Higher Education NAHE (US)
and
Commission for Continuous Learning(UK)

If I attend a university whose degrees (especially MBA) are accredited by all of the above agencies but not by the US Department of Education, what would be the advantages and inconveniences of this especially if someone plans to find a good job in US or Canada?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm sure that someone will provide that information -- or you can find it easily on the Internet.

But let me give you some more valuable advice about MBA programs.

Do not go to an MBA program that is not ranked in the top 50 -- unless your company is paying for it & you intend to stay there.

The average person getting an MBA from a top15 program willl increase his salary by 50%-100% and will have the opportunity to change fields if he desires.

The average person getting an MBA from a ranked school not in the top 15 will be able to increase his salary and will have new job opportunities. The amount of the increase and the number of opportunities falls as the ranking falls -- but it is usually worth going into the program.

All of the schools that are ranked will be accredited at the top levels.

Someone getting an MBA from a a school that is not ranked may increase his salary by a small amount -- but not usually enough to pay for the cost of tuition. It is unlikely that he will have a lot of new job opportunities.

My advice is to get an MBA at a top program. The only European programs tha I would consider are LBS and INSEAD. The majority of top MBA programs are in the US (at least 15 of the top 20 programs in the world are in the US). If you can't get into a ranked program -- don't get an MBA.
