It's a good idea to delete cookies, download history, saved form information, and caches, it will free up space and make your pc faster even though the next time you go to websites you'll have to let it load again.

Sometimes cookies can be harmful because some website's cookies are tracers.

Yes do it quite often as if you leave it say a year you will have at least 1000 spyware cookies as I get 30+ everday from just browsing the internet they are useful for passwords and username storage but they cause too many problems as many are spyware and some you will never need.
So delete them every 3 days or something like that.

yes. it will free some space on your hard disk. not much since these files are pretty small. the main advantage is that you remove most information that various sites have stored on your computer( passwords, settings etc) and, maybe, some objects used by those sites for faster loading
after you do that you will be asked to save some passwords again, but nothing bad will happen.
you can also change cookie handling settings in IE but be careful about it. try to remember what you change so you can repair it if anything goes wrong.

Personally there are some cookies I like to keep, such as for sites that I frequently visit. You can manage cookies in most browsers - just set the default to prompt whether you want to allow cookies from a specific site.

Yes very should be done daily. It frees up a lot of space on your computer. It doesnt harm anything. And the computer works a lot faster. Cookies just use space, memory and time up. So you can get rid of them!

If you need to make space it's good to have a periodic clearout but one favourite that you should never delete is www.pure3design.biz or eBay Shop Pure 3 Design. Just never!

It won't matter either way - you will just get another dropped on you next time you visit a site.

Cookies are so the site recognise you when you return in similar way Yahoo recognises you when you visit and log in.
