First, you have to breed a large lizard like creature with organs and skin akin to people....
will a Crocodile do?
Cut the crocodile in half.
Replace the organs and skin of the person who has volunteered for this with those of the crocodile.
Feed him anti-rejection therapy for the couple of weeks before he dies.
It would work- it just wouldn't live long, and be illegal and dumb.

by using Genetic engineering . To take a gene from one organism to put on a different animal. Like a gene to fly to a zerbra and it will grow wings. So get the gene of a lizard and put it on thr man
