If this is a system based pop up, you are running out of SWAP space on your computer.

Clean up your hard drive and close some programs. You may also want to delete some programs you never use.

Next, go buy some more memory.

do you have a program where you download music from and like photoshop and other programs like that? because a lot of those programs take up a lot of the memory on your computer. You can also do this...

click
start>>run>>
type in msconfig
press ok
click the start up tab>>
and uncheck the programs that you dont want to pop open when you start your computer...like messengers and stuff like that but becareful what you uncheck
click apply>>
ok>>

and this should make your computer run a little faster

you can also do this...

start>>
control panel>>
switch to cetegory view (if its not set on that already...it'll be on the left side)>>
performance and maintenence>>
free up space on your hard disk>>

and if u do the same thing except click
rearrange items on your hard disk to make programs run faster
then u can degfragment ur computer and it frees up more space...you have to analyze it first though

Virtual memory has nothing to take with your ram of 512 some time for bigger programs your ram remain less so computer uses your harddisk as ram ........

so u can increcres it by following way.....

my Computer->Properties->advance->settings

it will open performance option then

advance->change

then u can set any size there as u like i would recommend 1024

then click ok

i hope it willl help and your computer will run fast

Sometimes if you run programs that you're computer can't really handle it will pop up and say that but usually it will go away after the program is closed.. your computer may be running things in the background.

You should check sometimes and close any programs you don't need open through Windows Task Manager.

You probably have massive amounts of programs running. A lot of manufacturers tend to load there PCs up with "helpful" programs. I find a lot of them will just take up resources. If you know how I'd wipe the hard drive and re-install Windows. It will boot up and perform better.

It's a system based pop-up. This same thing is happening to me and I need the answer too.
