Yep, i downgraded my account from gold account to a normal then a student account but they kept charging me interest at the gold rate for about 3 months. I called twice and they apologised but didnt do anything. one more call then i was reimbursed on my next statement.

Persistence pays off if its ur due.

Plus, your own loan has its own words and prerequisites and length - which I doubt they might regulate via fact which you have puzzled their quotes. even nonetheless there's a danger they might close your money owed in case you gained, it truly is very no longer likely, and extremely undesirable practice!
