You could either buy a larger internal hard drive, an external USB hard drive or you could delete useless files and programs off your computer to relieve it's load.

If all the data on your computer is valuable then you may consider

Start > My Computer > *right click* Local Disk (C:) > Properties

When the properties screen comes up, check "compress drive to save disk space"

Click okay, and let your computer do it's thing.

You could also let your computer clean out useless files by going

Start > Programs > Acessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup

Hope this helped!
Good Luck.

Either start deleting things you don't need or copy some files to a CD-R and then delete them. Or you could go get an external hard drive and transfer some of your files to that. There isn't a way to download space from the internet though, it would be nice if it worked that way, but it doesn't

The only way you can get more space is too either delete some files, or load the thing on another Drive. You may need to purchase an external Hard Drive and plug it in a USB Port and load the game on that. And leave it plugged in so you can play the game.

Downloading ANYTHING from the internet will give you less space, not more. I suggest you delete files you don't need anymore, (movies, music, pictures) and uninstall programs you no longer use. This is the best way to free up hard drive space.

You could delete useless old files [Make sure you back up important files, and dont delete files that are important to the running of the pc] and defragment your pc:

Start
>All programs
>Accessories
>System Tools
>Disk Defragmentor

Or clean up your pc:

Start
>All programs
>Accessories
>System tools
>Disk cleanup
