is there a download tha means u can c if people are appering offline on MSN?

i dont know about the program.
but use block msn. if you type block msn there are a lot of online check thingy comes out.
but the thing is most of them are fake.
so check quite a lot of them.
if you try it you will understand what i mean.

Not that I know of but I falled for a program that said it did just that its actually adware that trys and spreads its self over MSN so I wouldnt even go to that one but I dont think there are any but try google and check that the website dosent look fake other wise it might have viruses in.
It would be quite easy for a devloper to make it I believe as MSN uses a 3 letter command that tells the program to show offline so if someone can read the msn app through an application and then you probably could.

First of all.. why do you want to see people who are trying to avoid you.
If they're not, they would of already sent you a message (Appear Offline people can still chat with who ever they want), or told you the new msn id.

If people are appearing offline on msn messenger it means they're not logged on, or they are but they don't want you to know so why would you want to intrude on them??

yes on mess.be there is a link to one but apparently there is no way they could tell and its all a joke or spam emails but im not sure
that might just do it for blocking people though. You can still talk to people if they are on appear offline and they can talk to you too
