My "reply comments" are not appearing below the comments of the author in a MS Word file? What should I do?

I am required to give my comments as replies to the comments of the author. I know it is done by going to Insert and then Comments but some of my comments are coming above the comments of the author, whereas it should be below them. I tried to fix it but in vain.

Please suggest.

Mouse click exactly where u want ur comments first (ur saying below the original auther), then click there first. Make sure u see ur blinking curser where u want ur comments to be added, then add as u have done... ur comments should be inserted there... thats it.
