i had my laproscopy last year. Doc found tiny endomitriosis and laser them. We are trying for a baby for the last 5 years. for the last 6 months we were out of the country for business and I had IUI treatment which didnot work but the doctor said that I have fibroid in my womb very close to where my vigina ends. This explains the pain during sex. But my doc who did my laparoscopy here did not mention seeing a foibroid. the doctor abroad said its quite big. What should I do now? I am so furious about this.

Doctors miss things on laposcopys all the time since they are focused on such a limited area. It is not that uncommon.

Fibroids can grow very quickly, so it's not impossible that it's developed since the procedure was done. As for what you should do now, I suggest that you have long talk with your doctor so you can explore all available options. I'm sure there's a way forward; medical advances are quite remarkable nowadays.

It sounds as though you need to have *both* the fibroid and the Endometriosis treated effectively. Doing so will not only relieve pain, but can also help with the infertility. There are pelvic pain specialists who can help; try looking into them for additional help and info:

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/lavPo
