I just got Google's Picasa2, and my computer's Document Viewer is conflicting with it~see descrip.?

When I try to open the program, the Document Viewer opens up and starts doing something~then a pop up shows "Internal Error 2908. {EBB15EA3-83A9-46E8-866E-C3C30A1A444F}
I can't even get it to close unless I click cancel a million times. And I can't find it in my "Add/Remove Programs" either. Can anyone help?

in my opinion reinstall it and if it does not work then see the computer's detail on the website of google may be your computer donot pass the eligibility ....

Add/remove programs is in the control panel.
