I'm bias but I'd have to go with Canada. We have full constitutional equality and Marriage to boot.

In second place I'd say the UK or the Netherlands, with Germany in a close third.

MY BAD, I thought it said Country not County. In the U.S. I'd have to say New York County .

Were you asking about COUNTRIES? That's an entirely different question.
Any country that recognizes the importance of equal rights for all its citizens, and refuses to accept discrimination. This does NOT include the US.

So far I know about the most tolerant & gay friendly countries are Belgium, Canada, The Netherlands and Spain. Base on the allowance for gay adopting kids.

i went to key west in dec and to people there were very laid back and it seemed like they did'nt care who or what you are. i went with a guy whose gay...very gay haha and we had a great time. just bring alot of money
