It seems clear to me it was in 1933 when Roosevelt put us on a permanant state of emergency power and added the American people to the Trading with the Enemies list according to Senate Report 93-549.
What does your understanding of history suggest to you is the year we became Fascistic?

We're not entirely fascist yet, but don't worry -- it'll get there one day. I would entirely have to agree with your placement of the situation, although I don't think it was just two things that FDR did. It was basically everything.

The country was slowly moving down that path even before FDR -- remember the Sherman Antitrust Act? There were a bunch of other things like that between the end of the Civil War and FDR; therefore, comforting as it is to blame it all on one person, it doesn't seem quite accurate.

I think it was 1913 when the Federal Reserve was handed over to private bankers. We were sold down the river. Those private bankers have the gold that rightful belongs to the American people.

Do you still vote? Are your phones tapped? Do you worship as you please? Listen to your favorite music, watch TV, and see movies you like? Still have a right to own a firearm and be tried by a jury of your peers?

If you think the US is fascist, then you should check out Iran or North Korea and see what real fascism is.
