...MMMM, remember that last Monday was a federal holiday. Perhaps BK is running a day behind on payroll as some companies do.
If you don't receive your check today, talk to the BK Manager or call the District Office of B.K.
Good luck.

Since you quit your job,the manager had to give you your check on the your next regular payday along with the other paychecks.
She could not legally not pay you wages that were due and payable.
As for squealing, you had better be able to back up your claims with witnesses or documentation, otherwise you will probably get tagged as a digruntled employee and nothing will come of it.
If it is a regular practice of hers to serve food that has been dropped on the floor,it should be reported to the health board.
It also depends on if the food is cooked or not when it is dropped on the floor,if the fries were still frozen and then cooked, any germs or bacteria wolud have been killed and no harm done.
If she fails to give you your paycheck at the same time as the other employees get paid, yoou can go to small claims court and sue for wages due plus interest and court costs.
You can also file a complaint with the state labor board wage and hour division.

Absolutely not. I've never had one, never will. They are very fatttening (with over 1000 calories per serving).. But that would never happen, since that is what makes Burger King famous. It gets them the big bucks to stay in business.. Based on other's answers, people don't like them much (mostly).. To tell you the truth, without the Whopper (and Double Whopper, or whatever they're called), the United States would probably be alot healthier. But to answer this question, no, I wouldn't care at all. I don't eat fast food for a reason, and that reason is all the disgusting fattening gunk in each and every junk food item. This was a good and creative question!

Look....regardless of whether you complain about her to the corporate office, the point is: getting your check. Did you get it today, yet? Wait until you obtain the check before making waves--unless, you don't receive the check today. Then, write a detailed letter to the corporate office. Make sure you have someone edit it for you, before you send it off. Be professional and don't use any profanity unless you are quoting her. Remember, if you are going to go and accuse her of breaking health codes and work policies and various regulations, you should be willing to back this up with some kind of proof...if later need be. Also, don't drag any other employee into the situation, in your initial letter--you could potentially get someone fired, and not the manager.

When I was a teenager I used to work at BK. They treated us like crap. Go to the labour board. Make sure you get your $$$. If they are practising unhealthy habits call the health board. They will come in an give them an inspection and probably a fine. I had such an unpleasant experience working there and I will never eat there. Good luck. Congrats on getting out of that hell hole.

I used to be in management and the only reason that I could withhold a paycheck is if the former employee hadn't returned all of the company owned property that was in their possession. Make sure that you have turned in everything that does not belong to you, such as uniforms, etc... Then ask for your paycheck, and if she doesn't give it to you, then call corporate headquarters and tell them that she is withholding your pay. I wouldn't bring up everything she did wrong, unless she did something really, really terrible. Revenge usually doesn't get you anywhere. Just do what you have to do to get your pay and then walk away. Good luck!

I would definitely go to management about my check. Unless she is management, call the Better Business Bureau, unless you get your check of course. Don't go there about the bag of chicken fries because if you cooked them, that w/b ratting you out too. And that won't look good to the Better Business Bureau.

If checks are dated for the 22nd, they do not have to distribute them until that date even if they are physically on the premises. Just go get your check and leave the revenge for another time. The best revenge is living well.
