It seems that we are going on and on keeping data of the past to evaluate the future and we also have plans to store the future data, where we are going? Is our dependancy on data in increasing in every aspect of our life and controling our hope and expanctancy?

Yes, look at the number of people with internet addictions! Our electronic leash is getting shorter day by day. And yes, I am dependent on the internet. I live far away from my family and it's an inexpensive way to talk with them and also to follow the news in my area while far away.
