No. Your penis size, like the size of your nose or little toe, is determined by your genes. The pills increase the size of the bank accounts of the criminals who sell them, many of whom lurk here and "answer" every such question with spam about their useless (and sometimes toxic) wares.
Protect your physical and financial health by refusing to buy this crap.
Six inches is average or a bit above -- and women DO NOT care about size anyway. If you added two inches, a lot of women would find your rod painful to accomodate.

All of that stuff is a rip-off and waste of money.
There is NOTHING that will enlarge your penis. Even those vacuum devices only work temporarily.

I have tried everything, I found the pills for increasing volume worked, my wife is now pregnant ;-) but they didnt do much if anything for size.
